Acozy Haven delivers nationwide across Ghana. We ship to all 16 regions:
Greater Accra · Ashanti · Western · Central · Eastern · Volta · Northern · Upper East · Upper West · Bono · Bono East · Ahafo · Oti · Savannah · North East · Western North
Delivery fees
- Greater Accra: GHS 15
- All other regions: GHS 35
Your delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout when you select your region. The fee is added to your order subtotal before payment.
Processing and transit times
- Accra metro: we aim for same-day or next-day delivery on eligible orders.
- Other regions: we dispatch within 48 hours; transit typically takes 2–5 business days depending on location and courier schedules.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons, weather, or logistics delays may affect delivery times. We will notify you of significant delays where possible.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders in the Accra metro area. Select COD at checkout where offered. Please have the exact order total ready when your delivery arrives.
Order tracking
If you have an account, view order status in your order history. Guest orders can be tracked using the link sent to your email after checkout. For help finding your order, see our FAQ or contact support with your order number.
Delays and delivery issues
If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or is missing items, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, see our Refund Policy.
