We want you to love the bedding, bath textiles, and home goods you receive from Acozy Haven. If something is not right, contact us and we will do our best to make it right. This policy explains when returns and refunds apply.

Eligible returns

  • Items that arrive defective or damaged.
  • Wrong item, size, or variant shipped.
  • Items that are materially not as described on the product page.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-eligible returns

  • Change-of-mind returns on opened or used bedding and bath items, for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Products marked as final sale, if applicable.

How to request a return or refund

Email us at support@acozyhaven.com or message us on WhatsApp with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and respond with next steps, which may include return instructions or a replacement shipment.

Refund methods

  • Paystack orders: approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (mobile money or card) where possible.
  • Cash on delivery orders: refunds are issued via mobile money or another agreed method.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refund timelines

We aim to review return requests within 2–3 business days. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Mobile money and bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong variant or size, we may offer an exchange for the same product when stock is available. Contact us with your order details and we will confirm options.
